Terms of Use

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Cora (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. The App is owned and operated by Henry PL, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access or use the App.

2. License

Cora grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on your device subject to these Terms. This license is for personal use only and may not be sublicensed or resold.

3. Payment and Subscriptions

The App offers both free and premium features:

  • Free version - Core AI chat functionality with on-device models
  • Cora Pro - Subscription-based premium features including web search functionality

Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your app store account settings. Refunds are handled according to each platform's respective refund policies.

4. Cora Pro

Cora Pro subscribers have access to additional features:

  • Web search capability to retrieve real-time information from the internet

Web search queries are processed through third-party services. Your conversation content remains on your device and is not transmitted.

5. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the App
  • Create derivative works based on the App
  • Use the App for any illegal purpose
  • Transfer your license rights to any other party

6. AI Model Usage

The App supports multiple AI models that run locally on your device, including:

  • Llama 3.2 (1B and 3B parameter versions)
  • Qwen 2.5 and Qwen 3 models
  • Apple Intelligence (on supported iOS devices)

You acknowledge that:

  • AI models may produce imperfect or inaccurate results
  • You are responsible for verifying any information or content generated by the App
  • The App's performance depends on your device's capabilities
  • Model availability may vary by device and platform

7. Updates

We may release updates to improve the App's functionality or performance. The App may download updates automatically over-the-air when connected to the internet.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App or premium features for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
